While I was waiting in line at the DMV I finished up the portrait of the girl. Needless to say, the DMV is still a cold, dismal institution that should provide foot and back massages as you wait for your number to be called. When will the American public get to see the "friendlier" side of the DMV? Who knows. Alright later everyone!
